HKK Health Challenge
In 2021, we participated in the HKK Health Challenge “Healthy Companies” for the first time. The goal was to collect points through conscious company health measures, individual and health-oriented behavior of each team member.
Within the 100-day challenge, we achieved a terrific result. Out of 40 participating companies, we placed 11th.
An excellent result.
Our 3 most successful “athletes” received great material prizes and also in the special raffle our colleague won a 50€ Decathlon voucher.
Definitely back in 2022!
Last year’s experience showed us that we want to and can achieve a lot together. We have additionally integrated many aspects of the last Challenge into our daily work routine and thus created a real added value for our health awareness.
Like last year, we want to achieve a lot again from 01.04. – 09.06.2022 and even further up the rankings.
Goal this time:
A virtual hike from Leer to Sylt. Every step counts. To cover the distance in 100 days, we need 8000 steps per day, whereby not only “normal walking” is counted. Sports units such as yoga, badminton and much more can be converted into steps by us in the online portal and also via the Tappa Pro app. On the digital route, we can look forward to great promotions at 22 stops along the way. As a company, we additionally collect points through our BGM structures.
This year, there are great non-cash prizes again. For example, cooking boxes and participation in a virtual cooking evening will be raffled among the participants who have reached the goal.
For our company there are again high prizes to be won, which we can spend as a team earmarked for our company health management.
Together as a team, we stand up for a healthy future, which we want to actively shape by actively organizing breaks and sporting after-work events.
This year, we have created a newsletter about our participation, the course of the current Challenge, our current ranking and everything else surrounding it. This offers once a month a review of what we have achieved so far and an outlook on the coming period.
We are in the starting blocks and can’t wait to get active.
