Our corporate philosophy puts people at the focus. This is not only clear in our day-to-day work. We also set the focus individually our corporate benefits. We pay attention to health, development, work equipment and much more. In the spirit of developing the modern workplace, we know how important a work-life balance is for our employees. That’s why our benefits are designed to maintain just that balance.

NgC has implemented a lot in recent years to create a pleasant and healthy environment for our employees’ daily work. This includes their personal and professional development. The opportunities for development within the company are structurally anchored in the tools of our human resources management. This includes, for example, our career compass, which employees can use to define their own development. We know that shaping the company together not only motivates. We create the sense of community that drives our success.

As a culturally diverse company, we value the exchange of knowledge among all nationalities. Early on, we established presentations on the topic of personal diversity in our monthly team meetings. These not only help us get to know our colleagues better. They also provide an intensive insight into the diversity of our employees. We have already been able to hear presentations on Italy, Nepal, and Russia. But regional topics such as the history of Ingolstadt or the background to May Day are also popular contributions.

We also attach great importance to inclusion. That’s why we placed great emphasis on accessibility when planning the NEW GLOBE CENTERS. Through wheelchair-accessible planning, we thus also give colleagues, customers, and guests the opportunity to explore our premises.

The NEW GLOBE CENTER: healthy workplace as corporate benefits

Coffee, water, and fruits are no longer corporate benefits for healthy companies, but a clear standard. For us, too, this is a matter of course. However, we want to do more for our employees and that is why we have made fitness a priority as part of our BGM. As a company, we support our employees in participating in company runs every year, for example in Ingolstadt in 2021 and 2022. In 2021, we participated in the HKK Challenge for healthy companies for the first time. The goal here: Get and stay fit together as a team. In 2022, we will again take part in the HKK Challenge and expand our internal offerings in the process. With joint walks and office yoga, we are actively doing something for our health.

When we built our headquarters in 2020, it was already clear that even more could be done for all employees. When it came to equipment, all workplaces were ergonomically designed and furnished. The long-term needs of employees are also considered, and workplaces can be adapted, for example, with height-adjustable tables. Our seminar rooms can be flexibly converted into sports rooms where people can let off energy from time to time. A refreshing shower after a workout is also provided.

Digitale benefits

Like many companies, we faced challenges from 2020 onwards. This was made considerably easier by our already very well-connected team. Digital meetings? No problem. With the opportunity for mobile working already established before the pandemic and the trusting handover of mobile technology such as laptops and work cell phones directly upon joining the company, NgC ensured and continues to ensure a smooth workday for all colleagues. Whether in the office, at home or on a business trip.

The personal needs of our employees are always in the foreground because it counts: The human being!
